At Slay Units, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To maintain fairness and respect for everyone’s time, the following booking policy applies to all services.
Booking Confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed only once the required deposit or full payment has been received.
Your time slot is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be held without payment.
Deposits & Payments
All deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once a booking has been made. By securing an appointment, you agree that no refund will be issued for any reason after payment is completed, including a change of mind or scheduling conflict.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit or full payment. Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and last-minute changes affect scheduling and overall business operations.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. If approved, a new deposit may be required to secure your new date and time.
Late Arrival Policy
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After this period:
- A late fee may apply
- Service time may be reduced
- Your appointment may be cancelled after 30 minutes of lateness
Client Preparation
To ensure the best results, please arrive fully prepared:
- Hair must be clean, washed, and blow-dried
- Wigs, frontals, and closures must be clean and free of glue or buildup
- Failure to comply may result in additional charges or service adjustments
Wig Drop-Off
Wigs must be dropped off at least one week before your appointment to allow time for proper preparation and customisation. Late drop-offs may affect service quality or availability.
Additional Charges
Extra services requested during your appointment may incur additional charges. These will be communicated before proceeding, wherever possible.
Home Services
Home services are available upon request. Travel fees apply depending on location and must be confirmed before booking.
Salon Policy
- Children under 11 are not permitted in the salon
- Slay Units reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misconduct, safety concerns, or failure to comply with this policy
